About Therapy
Are you feeling low, anxious, lost, lonely, or overwhelmed? Perhaps you’re experiencing relationship difficulties or struggling to make sense of what’s happening in your life. Facing these challenges alone can feel heavy, but you don’t have to.
I support people through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, divorce, job loss, identity struggles, low self-esteem, self-destructive thoughts and behaviours, and experiences of loss.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. I primarily use psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, while also incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and somatic therapy where appropriate.
Our work together can help you gain deeper insight into the issues you are facing and reconnect to your true self. By reflecting on both past and present experiences, you may begin to recognise patterns, understand emotional responses more clearly, and develop healthier ways of coping.
As an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development. I adhere to the organisation’s ethical framework, ensuring that my work is safe, respectful, and held to the highest professional standards.
I provide a safe, warm, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, without fear of judgment. My aim is for you to feel truly heard, understood, and accepted just as you are.
Together, we will gently reflect on both past experiences and present challenges. This process can help uncover the deeper roots of any difficulties you may be facing, while allowing you to process your emotions at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
I believe that, as the client, you already hold the answers within yourself. My role is to support you in discovering them. Through thoughtful guidance and compassionate exploration, I will help you gain insight, develop self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
Our work together can empower you to set goals that align with your values, build emotional resilience, and create a greater sense of balance and fulfilment in your life.
People come to me for help with a wide range of issues. Here are a few of the more common difficulties that can be supported through therapy:
Depression
Problems with confidence or self-esteem
Anger management
Issues relating to sexuality
Difficulties at work or in retirement
Problems with family or school life
Feelings of stress or anxiety
Panic attacks
Relationship problems
Grief, loss or bereavement
Problems with addiction
Trauma and post-traumatic stress
Abuse
How does it work
You do not need to hold everything inside or pretend that you are managing when things feel difficult. Therapy can provide a calm and supportive environment where you are encouraged to be yourself fully and honestly. You will be met with compassion, understanding, and respect throughout the process.
As your understanding grows, you may begin to feel more empowered in your choices, more balanced emotionally, and more connected to your own strengths and values. Healing does not always happen quickly, but meaningful change can happen through support, reflection, and self-awareness. My aim is to help you feel supported, understood, and better equipped to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional balance in your life.

I work from private offices in the Reigate and Redhill area and see clients from the surrounding areas. I will provide full location details when we arrange our therapy sessions.
In addition to face-to-face therapy, I also offer online sessions for clients in the wider area and beyond via Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. Contact me to find out more about how online therapy works.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly. The cost is £60, and I offer a limited number of sessions at a lower rate for people on low income and students. Please, contact me for availability. I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation online or over the phone.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how therapy works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
All enquiries are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential.
